I strongly believe that a real estate agent is not just a sales person, but also someone who helps a family to find their dream home. Interacting with customers to understand their needs for a dream home is most important for a realtor, and that’s what I bring into this profession. I carefully listen to people before I advise them. The principle of my life in my profession is honesty.
A balanced life between work and family is what I believe in for a successful professional. Without a family, there is no happiness. Therefore, when I work with a family either to buy or sell a home, I put myself and my family in their position to understand what I would expect from my agent. Give me an opportunity to work with you, and I will prove it. I do not just work for a commission; I work to accomplish my customer’s satisfaction and help them to achieve what they are looking for. My goal is to work with a family for their real estate needs for life, and not just for single deal. To me, the referrals from the clients are the best rewards.
My previous work experience with big corporations like Northrop Grumman and Strayer University has given me a unique ability to deal with people. I have an MBA from Strayer University. I am a resident of South Riding, Virginia, and I know Northern Virginia area for last 10 years. I live with my husband and a beautiful 3 year old daughter. My husband is a professional structural engineer and a real estate investor, and his one of the specialties is the design of single family and multi-family houses. This has given me an opportunity to learn from him to understand a house structurally which I consider a privilege that many realtors do not have. Additionally, I help my husband in his real estate investment business, which has also given me an opportunity to view the properties from an investor’s point of view and analyze the important aspects for potential increase in the value of the properties if they are to be sold quickly in the future.
I am a member of Traction Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) in Washington, DC, and also associated with National Association of Realtors (NAR), Virginia Association of Realtors (VAR) and Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR).
