Introducing two of our newly framed rental projects in Five Points! These two projects are located within a historic district. Wilson Co.’s architectural designer, Kelley Anderson, designed the homes to comply with the historic district requirements and standards. As Wilson Co. built these projects, we made sure the framing followed the exact plans approved by the Urban and Historic Preservation Design Review Commissions (formerly know as the D/DRC). As you enter this primary bathroom, to your left, you’ll find the vanity and tiled shower with a built-in bench. Straight ahead, is a freestanding tub. To your right, there’s a makeup vanity. Across from the makeup vanity, there is a large walk-in closet.
