Moving can be fun, but can also be very daunting. Especially when you’re relocating to somewhere you’ve never been.

Relocating is a big deal, and my goal is not only to help you with your move but educate you on the areas so you can make the best choice for your family.

That’s where I can step in and help! I have peopled people relocate as far as Michigan, Arizona & Denver!!

Having grown up in Indy and a resident for over 27 years + a wedding photographer that travels all around for shoots- I know the little pockets that Indy has to offer.

When I help a relocation client I know that time is precious, so as soon your in town I…

- hop on a ft call to chat about the current market, a little synopsis of each area & learn more about where you need to be for work, family or what your goals are!

- Organize & book all the showings

- Create a road map for us of the day

- I making sure the homes you want to see are still active (a couple hours before) & see if there’s any offers in(because no one wants to waste time!)

- Prepare all the sheets you need while viewing the home & continue to watch & see what’s popping up on our radar that might be a fit.

Ps. Another favorite thing I do is take my clients to lunch! Food is my love language and if we’re spending all this time together, why not bond over a meal!

5 things I LOATHE seeing as a real estate agent!

In no particular order, but… the following being

1) AI images / furnishings. It’s cool to see what a space could be but it’s a major letdown and distortion of what the property truly looks like. You can AI it yourself after seeing if you really want!

2) seeing an agent list a property but then there’s a separate email for communication - not trying to talk to an admin or pm.

3) seeing that an agent has not put their personal number, but only an office contact! Time is of the essence people.

4) when agents don’t add the supporting documents / then you have to ask them to send it to you via email

5) listings with boring descriptions, descriptions that don’t do a house justice!

So many reasons we bought our home, here’s just a few!

1) it’s on the street I grew up on! & neighbors with my parents
2) the mature trees and being on a gem of a street
3) 3rd car garage for the dogs (heated & cooled) + concrete floors
4) a huge deck
5) galley laundry room that’s on the main floor
6) all the natural light throughout the day
7) the paved driveway
8) the new windows
9) the fully fenced in back yard
10) and last but not least the close proximity to everything

Y’all- so sorry for the whiplash! But my original Collins Collective is soooo back! It’s been a busy summer, it went by in a blink and after lots of thinking about what I want, it’s being around for Oliver.

Being with him is my favorite thing, and being back to a solo agent is what provides that. So, I am very excited to be back home.

Cheers to a refresh in my branding & content!

Looking forward to going into 2027 with my original name!
