Is your house outdated and unwanted? God Forbid!!! Don't wait until you want to sell your home to update the things that bug you everytime you walk by them. Too many of our Sellers make updates just before they put their homes on the market and wonder why they didn't do it before so that they could have enjoyed them for longer. Some of these fixes are relatively inexpensive if you do your homework and shop around for an honest contractor (oxymoron?) or handyman and shop online for materials. We have a fairly good list if you heed it :)
