I think RE transactions are some of the most difficult, detail intensive transactions for most people. I certainly would hesitate to describe it as an "enjoyable" experience. But in Southern California, just knowing that there is a person with David Abas' level of integrity, his sincerity and strictly on a personal level, the aggressive sales approach doesnt work for me and thats probably a good thing simce although its been years since ive called the US home, I know David is getting that call when school districts and municipal services become a priority.
