JUST CLOSED! 🎉

This one was especially meaningful because it took a little extra patience, persistence, and problem-solving to get to the finish line. There were a few unexpected twists along the way, but we kept moving forward, worked through each challenge, and never lost sight of the goal. And today, we get to celebrate the best part - CLOSED! 🔑❤️

Not to mention my client means a lot to me, and I’m just so happy for her and so grateful I got to be part of the journey! 🥰

Happy Anniversary to Poppo’s Taqueria!

Look at little Jillian at their original AMI location opening week 13 years ago!! 🥰🥰🥰

Poppo’s celebrated their 13th anniversary yesterday, and Jillian and I thought there was no better way to commemorate the occasion than by enjoying Taco Tuesday there today! 🌮

A big burrito for J, and I got my usual fave, the black bean quesadilla (hold the salsa verde… cuz I’m a wimp). So so so yummy! 🤤

Poppo’s is one of the few safe places Jillian can eat with her food allergies, so it has been a go-to of ours literally since they opened way back when! To have a yummy, safe food option for her on the island was a life-saver on many occasions.

Happy Anniversary, Poppo’s! We’re so excited to see how much you’ve grown! 💗💗💗

My official “Just Closed” post for my buyers! I’m so excited for them! They needed a pool home for physical therapy, and we found them the perfect one. I negotiated a great price for them, and I’m very proud of getting them into this house. 🥰💪🏻
