With a career in Information Technology spanning 17 years, I began my journey as an entry-level Call Center Agent, fueled by my passion for problem-solving and a strong desire to make a difference in people's lives. Over the years, my dedication and work ethic propelled me into various leadership positions, where I had the privilege of leading people, projects, and organizations to success. Throughout my tenure in IT, I found myself increasingly drawn to the world of real estate, recognizing its potential as a vehicle for financial freedom and wealth accumulation. It was during my time as an expatriate in Europe, serving as the Head of IT for a prominent Biotechnology Corporation, that my true passion for real estate was ignited. While abroad, I decided to rent out my condominium back home, which inadvertently plunged me into the realm of real estate investing. Managing my condo from afar exposed me to the inner workings of property management, from tenant placement to cash flow generation. Driven by my newfound passion for real estate, I gradually built a diverse portfolio of rental properties across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. My passion continued growing and eventually led to the departure from my IT career, allowing for full-time pursuit and dedication towards my real estate business.
