Just closed on 179 Chestnut St. in Marlborough! I had the pleasure of representing the buyer on this one, and I'm happy we got them to the finish line.

I was back at Patriot Place for another day of BOLD training a few weeks ago and gathered with a great group of Keller Williams agents.

Our team was the Goal Getters, so I guess we had a reputation to live up to! 😂

Always good to step away from the day-to-day, learn something new, share ideas with other agents, and come back with a few things to put into practice.

Great group, great energy, and another productive day at BOLD! 💪🏡

Thomas and I had a great time catching up with some old friends a few weeks back — his friend Ryan Larson and his dad, Eric Larson.

Thomas and I have known these guys since the kids were in preschool at St. Catherine’s and all the way through 8th grade. Now they’ve both graduated from college this year, so it was pretty special to get together again.

We met up at the Boylston Schul-Verein German Social Club in Walpole for Oktoberfest. Great food, good drinks, and an awesome band made for a really fun night.

Always great to catch up with old friends and see how much the kids have grown up. A good time was had by all! 🍻

🎙️ I recently had the chance to sit down with Craig Della Penna for the Roads Less Traveled podcast!

We talked about today's real estate market, why buyers and sellers need to look at the market they're in now (not the one we had during COVID), and how pricing and negotiation can make a big difference.

After more than 40 years in Greater Boston real estate, I've learned that every market brings something different. Helping people navigate those changes is a big part of what I do.

🎃🍻 Thursday night b**r league + pumpkin deliveries = a pretty good night!

I passed out 21 pumpkins to my b**r league guys. It’s always fun bringing a little fall tradition to the rink!

One of the guys has FOUR kids, so you better believe he was smiling when he realized he was getting four pumpkins to bring home. 😂🎃🎃🎃🎃

It’s little things like this that make these traditions so much fun. A little hockey, a few laughs, and a whole lot of pumpkins!

A year ago, I probably would’ve never been comfortable enough to make a video like this! 😂

Earlier this week I had another great day at BOLD training at Patriot Place, learning from our coach, Dennis Russell, and spending time with a great group of Keller Williams agents.

One of the biggest things I’m taking away from these trainings is the confidence to get in front of the camera, try new things, and keep learning. I’m definitely getting more comfortable, and it’s amazing what happens when you step outside your comfort zone.

If you’re a Keller Williams agent and haven’t tried BOLD yet, I’d highly recommend giving it a shot. You might surprise yourself with what you learn and what you’re capable of!

Who’s the coolest pumpkin guy you know? 🎃😎

I may be a little biased, but I think I’ve got a pretty good case!

The pumpkin deliveries are in full swing, and this year I even had the perfect shirt for the job. 😂

Another truckload of pumpkins, another year of getting them out to friends, clients, and people in the community.

Just doing my part to keep the pumpkin season rolling! 🎃

I recently spent a morning at Patriot Place for BOLD, surrounded by a room full of Keller Williams agents learning about the latest ways to use social media and AI in our businesses.

One of my favorite exercises was learning how to use AI as a “strategic thought partner.” Not to replace what we do, but to help us think through ideas, look at things from a different angle, and find new ways to grow.

That’s one of the things I love about this business. One day I’m unloading 300 pumpkins with my son, and the next I’m sitting in a classroom learning how to use AI as a high-tech thought partner. 😂

You definitely never stop learning in this business!
