I've owned cars but never land what I'm saying is you can sale land like a car

All land won't be big but there are somethings to know that helps you pick the ones
Eventually you may just become a landlord taking small steps
Eventually you may just make money
Eventually you'll learn that all it takes is a risk
At a small level to help you scale

Truth is one day somewhere will get redeveloped and it will be a great thing to have your name on that property

Self taught started in 2015 but wasn't financial ready meaning I didn't have $500 to sit and wait till auction $500 is $500 small amount of $ but not just laying around for investment for sure

lets talk Civic Source

well they want $850 to start a file there minimum bid is like $6500 average but if I'm not mistaken you receive title and all like tax deed certificate

unlike city hall u still have to do the leg work after the auction

losing at the auction is all learning process money return I know the map well but people wait until open file the. bring they pockets it's cool
more money is needed

but if u buy property from auction for 14k and 16k
why not buy 2 properties from Civic Source well

so the $500 x2 for both properties will be mailed back to me use another 1k to open 2 more properties

you can't give up at all you have to keep a couple of bands for the cycle of reopening files year round

these properties houses/lots are not sold at tax lien sale by sheriff
