Today, this little guy approached me, and naturally, I saw an opportunity to practice my sales pitch.

🐿️ Squirrel: “I’m just looking for nuts.”

🏡 Me: “Perfect! Are you currently renting your tree or do you own?”

🐿️ Squirrel: “I’m not interested.”

🏡 Me: “Totally understand! But have you considered how much equity you’re losing by storing your nuts in someone else’s tree?”

🐿️ Squirrel: “The interest rates are too high.”

🏡 Me: “Have you looked into an assumable mortgage? I know a guy.”

🐿️ Squirrel: “I already have a Realtor.”

One minute she’s a tiny puppy with floppy ears… the next she’s a full-grown, four-legged homeowner who HAS NEVER MADE A MORTGAGE PAYMENT IN HER LIFE! 🏡💸
