We do not pick TDY houses off pretty listing photos.

Every property goes through the same checklist.

Single-family first. No shared walls. No shared amenities. Unless we already agreed the market is a downtown apartment city and that is the right call.

Then the kitchen. Real cookware. A place to meal prep on a two-week or 90-day stay so the team is not living on fast food.

Then workspace. Tables, outlets, room to set up for the next day. AARs in the house instead of a conex with bad AC.

Then a living room big enough for the team, visiting elements, and a brief on a screen.
Bedrooms still matter most. One traveler, one bedroom unless the budget requires some sharing.

That is how a house supports rest and the mission.

We published a simple checklist for trip requests so units get real options back: dates, headcount, budget, bedroom rules, drive time, and whether the mission might slip.
