All this home needs is someone to put a basketball goal at the top of the driveway, a few Adirondack chairs and you got yourself a summer afternoon of playtime and fun! Not to mention the 2 story back deck that truly feels like you’re sitting in a treehouse - and this is just the exterior!
3 bed 2 full 2 half baths plus a loft. All for $715k.
Contact me to schedule a showing or stop by the 2 open houses happening THIS weekend!

A house is more than just the 4 walls you live in or the monthly mortgage payment…
It’s where memories are made and life is lived
It’s the in between moments, the chaos and the calm
It’s a safe space
It’s whatever you want it to be
It’s never just a house, it’s a home 💗

Finding your next home or selling your current one is a lot more emotional than we give it credit. Working with someone who understands that truly matters!
