I was recently interviewed by KeyCrew Media about what's happening locally in South Cobb County from my perspective as a real estate professional, investor and developer.

We discussed some of the changes taking place across Austell, Mableton and Powder Springs, including zoning reform, infill development, missing-middle housing, and the opportunities—and challenges—these changes present for smaller developers and investors.
