Metro Atlanta buyers — this is your reminder that more inventory can mean more opportunity. 🏡✨

With **27,887 active listings** and **4.82 months of inventory** in July, buyers have more choices and a little more room to negotiate. That said, the best homes still reward strong, prepared offers.

My tip: **get pre-approved, pay attention to days on market, and negotiate strategically instead of rushing your first offer.**
