Today is Earth Day. Appreciate all the resources. It is a great day to take a few minutes to clean up litter on your property. Please discuss with family & friends that discarding cigarette butts out your vehicle window is littering-please help keep our neighborhood clean!
Around noon today, a coyote was spotted in the front yard of a home in the 11000 block of Stonehill - keep an eye on your small pets.
Looking for something local for the kids to do next Wednesday?
Today, I was headed east on Hilldale and came to a stop at the Hilldale, Midland & Anderson intersection. I started to make a right hand turn when a dump truck coming north on Hilldale blew through the intersection, without any slow down for the stop sign. Had I been continuing east through the intersection, I would have been broadsided. The truck had no markings on it. I called the county Sherriff’s office to report this and I was told they would see about some additional patrols in the area. Others in this neighborhood have told me that they have witnessed this reckless driving by the trucks and others. Please, if you witness this, notify the Sherriff’s office before there is a terrible accident. (501) 303-5647
just making all aware - he has not been caught as of now.....suspected that he’s still in the area
In addition to this note about the need for slower traffic speed in the neighborhood, please also ask your friends, neighbors and family members to not litter-let’s keep our neighborhood nice!
Anyone missing a cat?
If you have not all ready done so, please get out and vote. Closest polling place for our neighborhood is the (new) First Baptist Church on Hwy 5.
Check your clocks this morning!
Unfortunately someone crashed into a power pole on Hillsboro this evening. Workers are replacing it now, but power isn’t expected to be back on for a couple of hours.
Anyone with Fidelity having a problem getting local stations/network stations this evening?
Power is back on!
Hilldale at Miller Road is currently blocked due to an emergency – not sure if it’s an accident or just powerlines down.
This will impact many in the neighborhood-please be aware!
Notice to Residents: Tomorrow, August 8, a new 4-way stop sign will be installed at the intersection of Hilldale Road, Hilltop Road and the new Bryant Parkway. There will be warning signs placed before this intersection, but please be careful when traveling through this area.

We ask, if you would like to donate that you reach out to us and we will explain our current needs for our growing department and community.

I will be working on an update this weekend to send everyone on what streets and what stage the build is in depending on location in the neighborhood
Right now we have a technician contacting customers and pre wiring homes and getting the inside work ready as well you can let everyone who is on the prepay list to expect contact over the next several weeks
Also let everyone know we will be working around the outside of homes locating utilities and placing conduit underground from the power service pole to the home
A neighbor is seeking information on someone to repair a grinder pump-anyone have a recommendation?
Update from Fidelity:
I hope all is well and your holidays are going great!
We are basically to the point of setting up customers for install. We have some equipment that needs time to “burn in” and become compatible with our current equipment. The trucks you were seeing in the area will be back out Tuesday. We do currently have one resident connected for testing purposes. The permits from First Electric set us back a little but we will push hard next week to get the remainder of the work completed and begin to set up installs.
Please keep an eye out for suspicious activity in the neighborhood!
Hello i just wanted to tell everyone to be careful, because it looks like someone tried to get in our house!! They broke the door lock and the door was open when we got home. So everyone Keep a look out and be safe!!
BIG HUGE THANKS to those that donated to the neighborhood drive! We placed a box at the end of the driveway if you weren’t able to come by while we were out.

This Evening, Crystal and Collegeville Fire responded to Carter Off Road Park for a Truck on fire. We arrived with just that. With prior pre-planning, both agencies were out the door with Brush Trucks. Members arrived and quickly extinguished the fire. Great job by BOTH Departments!
