Chad started a licensed and bonded roofing and painting business in college while studying for business management and engineering at Oregon State University. Following his experience in roofing, chad signed on with a paving company where he learned about developments and excavation. This led him to a very successful job in housing construction where Chad worked from development, excavation, foundation, framing, siding, drywall, window installation and every aspect of roofing, painting and finish work. He was part of a crew which built 17 homes, did several remodels and additions.
Chad ended up in the restaurant industry where he realized his love for serving people. This ended up being a large part of his life, lasting 11 years. He honed his natural abilities in customer service, management and problem solving. He was then recruited into real estate because of his exceptional skills with management and interactions with people.
Chad has received extensive training from Keller Williams in lead generation, administrative management and sales. Chad is experienced with helping his loyal customers successfully buy and sell their residential, investment and commercial properties in Albany, Corvallis, Philomath, Salem, Lebanon, Sweet Home, Independence and surrounding areas.
