Welcome to Cascade Property and Home Inspections. David Gray, InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector. We are a full service home inspection company
Home Inspections is our business - we speak house. The majority of our business is client referrals or real estate agent recommendations. I inspect houses 7 days a week so that we don’t have to overbook and always take the time needed to inspect every aspect of the house and to explain our findings to our clients. You are our first priority, and we work hard to make sure you feel that way. Our job does not end after the report is completed. Should you have any questions months down the road, you are encouraged to give us a call and we will do whatever it takes to answer your questions or concerns. So feel free to contact me and I will be happy to help.
