Summer is winding down in Arizona, and we are celebrating a season of success! With three strong quarters behind us, it was time to pause, celebrate, and give back to the incredible teams who helped make it happen.

Our Arizona portfolio came together afterhours for a little team building, creativity, and fun as everyone created their own custom perfumes at a local business. This summer, Joey transitioned into a floater role supporting our Orlando portfolio, where he assisted multiple communities and consistently provided exceptional customer service. Back in September, we welcomed our Fall Management 101 class to our Home Office in Agawam, MA!

This group of Property Managers, Assistant Managers, and Traveling Managers from across our portfolio were hand-selected to attend this week-long program, where they sharpened their leadership skills, met many members of our Home Office team in person, and built meaningful connections with one another!

They took part in activities like Objections Jenga, gained valuable insights from guest speakers representing departments across our Home Office, and even enjoyed a visit to The Big E for local fair food and fun!

“I recently moved out of Elon Winter Park after living there for a little over four years, and I can honestly say that I really enjoyed my time there. What I appreciated most was the peaceful, quiet atmosphere. It’s a smaller community, which gives it a much more comfortable and personal feel than some of the larger apartment complexes. I genuinely enjoyed the people who lived around me, and overall, it was a place I was happy to call home for more than four years. Bella, the current Property Manager, has hands-down been the best. She is definitely by the book and does things the right way, but you can also tell that she genuinely cares about the property and the people who live there. That combination really stood out to me. Bella also does a great job of putting together monthly community events and creating opportunities for the residents to connect. Elon Winter Park is not a community with a huge list of amenities, but there is a nice pool and a smaller, more intimate atmosphere.
