1st time home buyers, especially Millenials!

Trying to figure out if this is the right time to buy a home?

The bad news:
Average millenial median income - $38,800
Average millenial student debt - $41,200
There is a shortage in inventory and demand will be exceeding supply for years to come.

The not all that bad news:
Current mortgage rates average 3.94% and will increase to 4.5%. Still great, considering the average in 1989 was 10.3%
What does that mean for you? If you are considering buying a home, that will mean an extra $100-300 per month.

The good news:
After two consecutive quaters of 3% growth, the GDP is expected to increase by 2.7% in 2018.
The proposed tax reform will bring back $3.5 trillion from overseas. Corporations will be more profitable which will lead to continued growth in the stock market and increase your investments like your 401K.
