สำหรับโครงการ Nue Connex Bizz Don Mueang ทีม Outside In รับผิดชอบงานออกแบบเชิงวิศวกรรมฟาซาด โดยถ่ายทอดจังหวะการเคลื่อนไหวของ “เกลียวคลื่น” ลงบนเปลือกอาคาร เปลี่ยนรูปทรงอาคารที่เรียบง่ายให้มีชีวิตชีวา
ผ่านมิติของฟาซาดที่ดูพลิ้วไหวและเปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามแสงแดดในแต่ละช่วงเวลา

เพื่อสร้างลวดลายที่ต่อเนื่องและมีพลัง พร้อมตอบโจทย์ด้านความแข็งแรงและการดูแลรักษา ทีมงานได้ออกแบบและติดตั้งอลูมิเนียมกล่องแนวตั้ง (Aluminum Battens) ในระดับความสูงที่แตกต่างกันอย่างเป็นจังหวะทั่วทั้งฟาซาด 🔩✨

Our facade design engineering project for the Nue Connex Bizz Don Mueng brings movement and energy to the building's exterior. Inspired by the rhythm of a wave, the design transforms a standard building block into a facade that shifts and dances with the sunlight throughout the day. To bring this dynamic, flowing pattern to life while keeping it durable and low-maintenance, we engineered and installed Aluminum Battens set at varying heights across the facade. 🔩✨

We used this material because of:

🛡️ Durability – Aluminum resists corrosion and holds up against Thailand's humidity, UV exposure, and heavy seasonal rainfall.

🔧 Low Maintenance – No repainting, no rusting, no warping — just long-lasting performance with minimal upkeep.

งานออกแบบที่ดี ไม่ได้มีเพียงสิ่งที่มองเห็นจากภายนอก แต่ยังรวมถึงรายละเอียดเบื้องหลังที่ทำให้ทุกองค์ประกอบเกิดขึ้นได้จริง

สำหรับโครงการ NUE CONNEX BIZZ, DON MUEANG หนึ่งในองค์ประกอบสำคัญของฟาซาด คือเส้นแนวตั้งที่ไล่ระดับต่อเนื่องกันจนเกิดเป็นจังหวะคล้ายระลอกคลื่นตลอดแนวอาคาร

เพื่อให้ดีไซน์นี้ทั้งโดดเด่น แข็งแรง และคงรูปได้ดีในระยะยาว เราจึงเลือกใช้ Aluminum Batten เป็นวัสดุหลักของฟาซาด

To achieve that stunning, staggered waveform pattern across such a wide span, we needed a material that's visually striking yet incredibly rigid. Our answer: high-performance ALUMINUM BATTEN.

Why aluminum batten?

🪶 Lightweight Strength: Adds minimal dead-load to the building while easily withstanding high wind pressures.
🛡️ Rust-Proof: Unlike steel, aluminum naturally resists corrosion, making it perfect for decades of exterior exposure.
📐 Clean Aesthetics: Aluminum creates perfectly straight, sharp lines that will never warp, rot, or bend over time like natural timber.
🌤️ Energy Efficient: These battens act as an active sunshade, filtering harsh sunlight and reducing the building’s cooling costs.

เส้นสายแนวตั้งของระแนงอะลูมิเนียมถูกจัดวางให้มีระดับความสูงแตกต่างกัน เกิดเป็นจังหวะพลิ้วไหวคล้ายคลื่นที่ไหลต่อเนื่องไปทั่วทั้งฟาซาด ช่วยเติมความอ่อนโยนให้กับรูปทรงเรขาคณิตแบบกล่องของตัวอาคาร พร้อมสร้างความโดดเด่นผ่านมิติของระแนงสีอ่อนที่ตัดกับแผงผนังสีเข้มด้านหลังอย่างลงตัว 🌇

ความงามนี้ไม่ได้มีไว้เพื่อสร้างภาพลักษณ์เพียงอย่างเดียว ระแนงอะลูมิเนียมยังช่วยลดแสงแดดที่รุนแรงก่อนเข้าสู่พื้นที่สำนักงาน ขณะเดียวกันยังเปิดรับลมธรรมชาติและมุมมองจากภายนอก อีกทั้งช่วยลดทอนความเรียบแบนของพื้นผิวอาคาร เพิ่มทั้งมิติ ความลึก และเอกลักษณ์ให้กับสถาปัตยกรรม

บริเวณชั้นล่าง ผนังกระจกขนาดใหญ่ช่วยให้พื้นที่ภายในดูโปร่ง สว่าง และเชื่อมต่อกับลานด้านหน้า สระน้ำ และพื้นที่สีเขียวภายนอกได้อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ ราวกับพื้นที่ภายในและภายนอกเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกันและกัน 🌿

สำหรับโครงการนี้ ทีม Outside In รับผิดชอบงานวิศวกรรมออกแบบฟาซาด (Facade Design Engineering) โดยนำแนวคิดทางสถาปัตยกรรมมาพัฒนาให้สามารถก่อสร้างได้จริง ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การคำนวณโครงสร้าง การออกแบบรายละเอียดจุดเชื่อมต่อ การคัดเลือกวัสดุ ไปจนถึงการตรวจสอบความสามารถในการรับแรงลมและสภาพอากาศ

วัสดุหลักที่เลือกใช้คือระแนงอะลูมิเนียม (Aluminum Battens) ซึ่งมีน้ำหนักเบา แข็งแรง ไม่เป็นสนิม และเหมาะกับสภาพอากาศร้อนชื้นของประเทศไทย จึงเป็นวัสดุที่ตอบโจทย์ทั้งในด้านความสวยงาม ความทนทาน และการใช้งานในระยะยาว

Take a closer look at our Nue Connex Bizz Don Mueang project, because the details are worth it! 👀

These vertical aluminum bars were installed at different heights across the building. Together, they create a beautiful wave-like pattern that flows across the whole facade. The use of the curves elevates the softness to contrast from the cubic foundation of the building. It's a striking contrast against the dark panels behind it. 🌇

But this isn't just for looks. They block harsh sunlight from entering the offices, while still letting in fresh air and outside views. They also break up the flat surface of the building, giving it so much more character and depth.

Down at street level, big glass walls keep everything open and bright. Step inside, and you're instantly connected to the plaza, the water feature, and the greenery just outside. It feels seamless. 🌿

Here's where we come in: our team handled the facade design engineering for this project. That means we took the architectural concept and made it real - structural calculations, connection details, material selection, and testing against wind and weather.

For this facade, we worked with aluminum battens. We chose this material because it's lightweight, strong, and resistant to rust. It also holds up well against Thailand's heat and humidity. This makes it a great long-term choice for an outdoor facade like this one.

อาคารเรียนที่ดี ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงพื้นที่สำหรับการศึกษา แต่ยังมีส่วนสำคัญในการหล่อหลอมความรู้สึกและประสบการณ์ของเด็ก ๆ ในทุกวัน 🏫

โครงการโรงเรียนนานาชาติระดับประถมศึกษา ย่านพระราม 2 ได้รับการออกแบบเพื่อเติมเต็มบรรยากาศแห่งการเรียนรู้ด้วยความเคลื่อนไหว ความสงบ และความคิดสร้างสรรค์

แรงบันดาลใจจากจังหวะอันอ่อนโยนของธรรมชาติและสายน้ำ ถูกถ่ายทอดผ่านเส้นสายของฟาซาดที่พลิ้วไหว เปลี่ยนอาคารเรียนรูปทรงเรียบง่ายให้มีชีวิต พร้อมรับแสงแดดและสร้างมิติของเงาที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามช่วงเวลาตลอดทั้งวัน

💡 แสงที่ช่วยให้ฟาซาดโดดเด่นยิ่งขึ้น ✨

ในเวลากลางวัน ฟาซาดทำหน้าที่เสมือนงานประติมากรรม และเมื่อเข้าสู่ช่วงกลางคืน ระบบแสงจะช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศและเผยรายละเอียดของอาคารให้ชัดเจนขึ้น

สำนักงานใหญ่ มิสแกรนด์อินเตอร์เนชันแนล ไม่ได้โดดเด่นเพียงรูปทรงของฟาซาด แต่ยังออกแบบระบบแสงให้ทำงานร่วมกับตัวอาคาร เพื่อเปลี่ยนบรรยากาศตั้งแต่ช่วงเย็นไปจนถึงยามค่ำคืน 🌇🌃

☀️ การออกแบบแสงร่วมกับฟาซาด
ระบบไฟ LED ถูกติดตั้งให้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงสร้างฟาซาด เพื่อเน้นเส้นโค้งและรายละเอียดของอาคารในเวลากลางคืน โดย Outside In เลือกใช้ไฟ Neon Flex LED บริเวณเส้นโค้งแนวนอนหลักทั้งสองแนว รวมถึงหลังคาทางเข้า และติดตั้งไฟ Wall Washer เพื่อช่วยขับแนวฟาซาดส่วนบนให้มองเห็นเด่นชัดขึ้น

🌙 ฟาซาดเดียวกันในสองช่วงเวลา
ในเวลากลางวัน แผงฟาซาดให้ความรู้สึกนุ่มนวลและมีมิติจากรูปทรง ส่วนในเวลากลางคืน ระบบแสงจะช่วยเน้นเส้นสาย ทำให้อาคารดูโดดเด่นและมีบรรยากาศที่แตกต่างออกไป

The Miss Grand International Head Office doesn't just wear its facade, it lights it up. Watch how a single lighting system transforms the entire building from golden hour into full nighttime glow. 🌇🌃

Here's what we're showing you:

☀️ Lighting effects - LED integration built directly into the facade structure, designed to highlight every curve and cutout after dark. Outside In specially selected Neon Flex LED strip lights to highlight the main two horizontal curving lines of the facade, as well as the entrance awning. We also utilized wall washer lights to help the top lines of the facade to pop in the night sky.

🌙 Day vs. night - the same wave panels, two completely different moods. Soft and sculptural in daylight, bold and radiant once the sun goes down.

🏢 During the grand opening of the headquarters, the full reveal of the building and facade was displayed alongside a light show, where the facade came alive for the first time in front of a crowd.

เมื่อโรงพยาบาลไม่ได้เป็นเพียงพื้นที่รักษา แต่เป็นพื้นที่ที่ควรทำให้ผู้คนรู้สึกดีขึ้นตั้งแต่แรกเห็น 👩🏻‍⚕️🍃

งานออกแบบฟาซาดของ “โรงพยาบาลอ่างทองเวชการ 2”โดย Outside In จึงถูกพัฒนาภายใต้แนวคิดของการสร้างสถาปัตยกรรมที่ ทันสมัย สงบ และกลมกลืนกับธรรมชาติ เพื่อเปลี่ยนภาพจำของอาคารโรงพยาบาลให้มีความเป็นมิตรและผ่อนคลายมากขึ้น

เส้นสายแนวตั้งถูกออกแบบให้เรียบง่ายและต่อเนื่อง ผสานกับมุมโค้งมนเพื่อลดความแข็งกระด้างของตัวอาคาร ขณะที่โทนสีขาวและวัสดุ Perforated ช่วยสร้างมิติของแสง เงา และความโปร่งเบา พร้อมช่วยควบคุมแสงแดดและสนับสนุนประสิทธิภาพด้านพลังงานของอาคาร

บริเวณทางเข้าถูกออกแบบให้มีร่มเงาและบรรยากาศที่อบอุ่น เพื่อสร้างความรู้สึกต้อนรับตั้งแต่ก้าวแรก

🌊 Riding the wave of incredible design! We are thrilled to unveil our recently completed facade project for an International Elementary School at Rama 2! ✨🏫

Inspired by the gentle, rhythmic flow of nature and water, this design was created to bring a sense of calm, creativity, and dynamic movement to the students' learning environment. The smooth, wave-like exterior isn't just for show - it completely transforms the building into a living, breathing piece of art that dances with the sunlight and casts beautiful shadows throughout the day.

To achieve this organic look without compromising on longevity, we utilized premium Wood Grain Aluminum Louvers. 🪵✨ This material delivers the inviting, natural warmth and texture of real wood, but with the lightweight strength, rust resistance, and low-maintenance power of aluminum.

Beyond looking aesthetically pleasing, these flowing louvers act as a highly efficient sunshade: filtering harsh sunlight, maximizing natural airflow, and keeping the classrooms cool and comfortable for the kids inside. ☀️🍃
