Panelized or Modular? Here’s the difference 🏗️

“Prefab” is a word you hear more and more, but did you know it covers different building methods? Two of the most popular are panelized and modular, and understanding the difference can help you choose the right path for your project.

Panelized construction
Walls, floors and roofs are built in the factory as flat panels, then transported to site and assembled. It’s like a precision-made kit of parts for your home.
