Another Day on the Ground 🙂

Earlier today, I had a property showing with a potential tenant for one of our industrial listing Paranaque.

Site visits are really important because this is where the client gets to see if the location, access and property specifications will actually work for their operations.

“My buyer wants to buy an office space and lease it out. How much will he earn?”

That was the questions we wanted to answer yesterday during our training with RE/MAX 8 team.

So we talked about NOI, Cap Rate, Rental Yield, and how we can use these numbers to understand the potential return of a commercial property.

I was happy to share some of the things I’ve learned and experienced through the years.

Marami rin akong natutunan from actual experience and from the people I’ve worked with. So whenever I get the chance to share what I know and hopefully add value to the team, I’m always happy to do it.

We also had Aboitiz Economic Estates with us, sharing updates about LIMA Estate and Biz Hub in Batangas.

For commercial investors looking outside Metro Manila, I think it’s an interesting development to look into, especially with the existing industrial and business activity within LIMA Estate. (DM me for more info)😁
