DON'T WAIT UNTIL YOU'RE SICK BEFORE YOU START INVESTING IN PROPERTY.

4) Buy shares in big companies that will pay you as they grow so you don't have to depend on yourself alone to make money. Let your money work for you so that if sickness strikes, you have a backup. No one knows tomorrow.
5) Invest in people. When life is good for you, Invest in other people. Train people in school. Give scholarships. Start businesses for others. Empower people. So that when trouble comes, the people you empowered will remember you. Many will not help but few will and few is enough. If you're stingy when you're rich, you'll suffer when you have problems. No one will care.
6) Above everything, invest in land. Buy more lands. Continue to buy lands. What you own is what you'll hold when falling down. If you don't have land, when you fall, you'll reach the ground.
