Where Exactly Is Civic Apartment?
Civic Apartment is located inside the Atlantic Nominee Layout, Abraham Adesanya, adjacent to Lekki Gardens Phase 5 in the Ajah area of Lagos State. This positions it along the broader Lekki-Ajah corridor, one of the most actively developing residential zones in the city.
Abraham Adesanya is a well-established residential neighbourhood sitting between the Ajah roundabout and Sangotedo. It is flanked by notable estates including Lekki Gardens, Atlantic View Estate, and Abraham Adesanya Estate. The area enjoys proximity to major commercial hubs, retail centres, and social amenities serving the rapidly growing Lekki-Ajah population.
