I found a 2-bed, 2-bath condo in Dallas listed at $175K. Before calling it a deal, I wanted to know what the actual market evidence supported — and whether an investor could make the numbers work.

Most brokerages do not have a lead problem.
They have a visibility problem hiding inside the lead process. The CRM can show that a lead exists. It often cannot show whether the first five minutes were handled properly. That gap is where money disappears.
