IMAGINE BUYING LAND TODAY AND YEARS LATER, PEOPLE ASKING YOU, “HOW DID YOU KNOW?” 👀

Yesterday, I travelled to Ibadan for the allocation of my second client's property at Ibadan Riviera. 🎉

And honestly, I was happy!

This year, two of my clients have received their allocations, and another is expected to receive theirs before the year ends.

Some months ago, another client received his allocation of a hectare of oil palm plantation. He was excited about his investment, and he even referred someone else to me. ❤️

These moments remind me why I love what I do.

But yesterday wasn't just about allocation.

I also saw the development happening along the Ido-Eruwa Road in Ibadan.

I visited last year, and the difference is massive!

It got me thinking about places like Ikoyi, Lagos, where some people bought property when prices were much lower than they are today.

The lesson? Sometimes, the opportunity is in paying attention before everyone else does.

Of course, not every location will appreciate the same way. That's why research, proper documentation and due diligence matter.

But you don't have to wait until an area becomes everyone's favourite before you start exploring its potential.

📍 Research the location. 📍 Understand the development prospects. 📍 Verify the property. 📍 Work with the right professionals. 📍 Make a decision that fits your finances.

There's nothing wrong with earning a salary.
The question is:

You don't have to do everything at once.

One year on Instagram has taught me that showing up doesn't always look impressive.

Sometimes it's posting when only a few people engage.

Sometimes it's creating content when you're not sure anyone is paying attention.
Sometimes it's learning, improving and trying again.

I've also learned that growth doesn't always happen loudly.

I've had seasons where I wondered if what I was doing was making any difference.

But looking back, I can see that showing up consistently has helped me become clearer about my voice, my work and the kind of value I want to bring to people.
And that's the thing about building anything, you can't judge the process from one day.

So, if you're building something too:
Keep showing up.
Keep learning.
Keep improving.
Keep trusting God.

Your first chapter doesn't have to look like someone else's chapter 10.
We're still building. 🤍

YOU STILL HAVE 92 DAYS. DON’T BURY THE YEAR YET.

Hello, October. 🤍

We have entered the final quarter of the year.

And maybe, if you’re being honest with yourself, this isn’t where you thought you would be by now.

Maybe that goal is still pending.

That business hasn't grown the way you expected.

The job hasn't come.

The investment hasn't happened.

The course is still unfinished.

The plans you were excited about in January somehow got pushed aside.

And perhaps you're wondering,

“Is there still enough time?”

Yes, there is.

Not enough time to do everything.

But enough time to do something meaningful.

You can still start.

You can still learn.

You can still make that call.

You can still send that proposal.

You can still finish that course.

You can still take that first step toward the goal you've been postponing.

You can still make better financial decisions.

You can still plant something that may not bear fruit immediately, but will matter in the future.

October doesn't need to be the month where everything changes.

Maybe it just needs to be the month where you stop waiting for the perfect time and start moving again.

So, don't spend the next three months mourning the nine months that have passed.

Look at what is still in your hands.

There is still time to build.
There is still time to grow.
There is still time to begin again.
