🍌🍊 DON’T JUST EAT FRUITS… ENJOY THE ONES NATURE IS GIVING US RIGHT NOW! 🌿

October is here, and some delicious fruits are making their way into our markets and homes. 😋

🍌 Banana
🍌 Plantain
🍊 Oranges and other citrus fruits
🥭 Late-season mangoes
🥭 Pawpaw
💜 Ube (African bush pear)

One beautiful thing about eating seasonal fruits is that they are often fresher, easier to find, and sometimes more affordable when they are in abundance.

So the next time you’re at the market, look around and ask yourself: “What fruit is in season right now?” 🍊🍌
