From the first step to steady progress, ๐Œ๐”๐‡ ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ—.๐Ÿ is taking shape.

Since the Bhoomi Pooja in August 2026, work has progressed across Blocks A, B and C, with excavation, footing concrete and pedestal column concrete works progressing through September.

Now, in October, construction continues to move ahead, with 21 months to go for the scheduled handover.

Every stage brings MUH 49.2 closer to becoming the dream space built for a convenient lifestyle.

A construction milestone is more than a completed building. It is the beginning of many family stories.

UNITD MUH 49 began with its Bhoomi Puja in July 2024, followed by the completion of Blocks A, B, and C in July 2025, December 2025 and January 2026, respectively.

Construction was completed in June 2026, and home handovers began in July, with families moving into their new homes as scheduled.
