Real Capital is a real estate investments and brokerage firm which specializes in syndicated investments, land assembly, acquisitions & dispositions, property management and luxury homes.
Our objectives are to:
Build and maintain a diversified, growth-oriented portfolio for our investment partners of residential properties in Canada and Israel, based on an established platform; Provide steady and sustainable returns by adapting to changes in the local real estate industry and economy;
Monitor investments and provide accountability to our unit holders on an ongoing basis. All of our transactions in Canada are made through our co-owned and managed brokerage firm - Forest Hill DownTown. Our transaction professionals are active throughout the process providing multilingual services in English, French, Russian, Spanish, Romanian, Portuguese and Hebrew, while maintaining a strict adherence to service and quality. With offices in both Toronto and Tel Aviv, we have the capability to act on behalf of clients in both cities.
