The bathroom is the room people use to judge how well a property is looked after.

The clocks go back on Sunday 25 October, and site days start finishing in the dark.

That is when a cold, cramped room starts wearing a crew down.

Somebody took it on, was attentive for two months, and then became hard to reach. Or the standard slipped. Or you found out about a problem from a tenant instead of from them.

So the sensible reaction to another company getting in touch is suspicion, and we'd have the same reaction.

Which is why we'd rather you asked hard questions than took our word for it. Who visits. How often. What happens at eleven on a Sunday. What the exit terms are.
