⚽️ U11s & 12s Street Cup ⚽️

Yesterday was the turn of our U11 & 12s to compete at a high level street football tournament 💚

Both groups can be incredibly pleased with their performances with so much to take away ⭐️

As always at top level tournaments, every detail matters. This was shown with 7 of our 12 fixtures throughout the day being decided by just 1 goal in both losses, and wins.

It’s brilliant for our players to be exposed to this level and we will continue to do this as it’s a key part of their development, resilience and character 💚

❤️ A little appreciation post from AquaPave…

Sometimes the things that might seem small to others mean absolutely everything to you.

What started as an idea over 3 years ago, something I always wanted to do but never quite made that leap of faith, has slowly turned into something I’m incredibly proud of.

Today, taking another little step forward and getting my first storage unit might not seem like a big deal to some, but to me, it’s massive. It’s another milestone, another sign of progress, and a reminder of just how far AquaPave has come from simply being an idea in my head.

Every enquiry, every recommendation, every share, every job booked and every customer who has trusted me with their property has played a part in getting me here.

To my new customers, my previous customers and those who continue to come back and support AquaPave – thank you. Honestly, it means more than you probably realise.

Running and growing a small business isn’t always easy. There are plenty of long days, hard work, doubts and moments where you wonder how far you can take it. But then little milestones like this come along and remind you why you started in the first place.

I’m not a massive company, and I’m not pretending to be. I’m just someone with an idea, a lot of determination and a genuine ambition to keep building something I’m proud of.

Here’s to the next chapter, the next milestones and hopefully many more years of growing AquaPave. One step at a time. 💙

💧 Another successful leak detection and repair by AquaPave!

🔎 Leak Located – Using advanced camera technology, we pinpointed the exact point of entry with precision.

🔧 Fault Identified – The old copper water service had blown out, causing water to escape and a noise that could be heard from inside the property.

💦 New Pipe Installed – We replaced the failed copper service with new MDPE pipework, providing a reliable, long-lasting solution.

🛠️ Repair Completed – The new connection was installed and tested to ensure a secure, watertight repair.

🧱 Footpath Reinstated – We reinstated the footpath, leaving a clean, tidy finish with minimal evidence of the work carried out.

💧 LEAK DETECTION — DON’T WAIT FOR THE DAMAGE TO SHOW

Not all leaks are obvious. Some can be hidden underground, beneath paving, or inside your property — quietly causing damage and wasting water.

🔎 Know the warning signs:
• Water meter moving when no water is being used
• Unexpected damp patches or puddles
• Unusually lush or long areas of grass
• Damp appearing during dry, hot weather
• Changes in water usage or pressure

A few simple checks could help identify a problem early.

🚰 Suspect a leak? Don’t ignore it.
If you’ve carried out the basic checks and something doesn’t look right, get a professional to investigate.

Here’s a start-to-finish look at today’s job.

We were called out to a customer’s property where they had been experiencing ongoing leaks. After identifying the issue, we replaced the old, brittle black poly service pipe with tough and durable MDPE.

Once the work was completed, we reinstated the area and did our best to leave everything exactly as we found it, within reason.

Although, unfortunately, there’s only so much you can do with cement — that one’s a little harder to hide! 😂

Another job completed properly, with the aim of leaving the customer with a reliable and long-lasting solution.

🔧 Another MDPE upgrade completed! (Pictures of halfway)

We recently replaced two old black alkaline water pipes with modern MDPE (Medium Density Polyethylene).

So, why are we using MDPE more and more? 👇

💧 Reliable & durable – MDPE is designed to withstand the demands of underground water supplies.

🛠️ Fewer joints & easier installation – It’s flexible, making it easier to install with fewer connections and potential weak points.
