An exciting opportunity to join the team at Devlin Developments!

We’re looking for an experienced, highly organised and motivated Site Manager to become an important member of our team, overseeing our bespoke, residential projects across Norfolk.

We’re passionate about quality, attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship, and we’re looking for someone who shares those values.

🔨 The Role:

* Manage day-to-day site operations, keeping projects running efficiently and on schedule.
* Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers.
* Maintain exceptional workmanship, quality control and health & safety standards.
* A keen eye for detail, with the confidence and ability to make sound decisions independently.
* Work closely with our team to deliver outstanding homes.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

* Proven site management experience, ideally in bespoke residential construction.
* Bricklaying or carpentry background preferred.
* Extremely organised, proactive and efficient.
* Strong leadership, communication and planning skills.
* A varied, occasionally hands-on role where flexibility and adaptability are highly valued
* Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
* SMSTS qualification.
