I've built something that might make your property sourcing a little easier.

One of the things I've always found frustrating when putting together investor packs is getting refurbishment costs properly organised.

It's easy enough to put £20,000 down as a refurb budget. But what's that made up of? And how do you explain it properly to an investor?
