Congratulations to my clients, i took their property on at the beginning of this year, after being on the market with other agents for over a year without achieving to get sold.
Since i took her property on, i achieved 28 viewings & 5 Offers.

Its all about getting the timing right !

As previous offers we had were not proceedable as still needed to sell their current home to be able to proceed, and when i did achieve a proceedable buyer- my client then could not find her onward property.

So the sales journey has been a case of getting the timing right either side to proceed with the sale!
Today we did just that!
So pleased for my clients 👏
