Over the past year we've coordinated more than 700 maintenance jobs across 25+ residential blocks around the UK: leaks, lighting, bin stores, cleaning and compliance checks, each one logged, chased and closed off with residents kept in the loop.

And we're growing, with almost twice as many jobs already this year as in the whole of last year.

📅 Check the time window, and let your managing agent know straight away if it doesn't work
🔑 Sort access: if you can't be in, ask what the options are well before the day
🐾 Pets in another room, and a clear path to the boiler, meter, sink or whatever needs looking at
📸 Have your photos ready, if you sent any when you reported it
✅ Ask what happens next: is it fixed, or is a second visit or part needed?

A smooth first visit means fewer repeat appointments for everyone. 🙌
