Property Partners Network (PPN) is seeking a suitable property on behalf of an accommodation provider exploring a new women-only supported housing service in Manchester.

🔑 Our requirements:

📍 Location: Within Manchester City Council boundaries

🏠 Property: A single building with a minimum of 10 suitable residential units (ideally 10–14)

🏢 Facilities: Private accommodation, appropriate communal space and provision for on-site staff

📅 Availability: Ready for occupation by 31 March 2027, or capable of being prepared by this date

🤝 Lease: Long-term company lease or suitable alternative arrangement, subject to agreement

We welcome enquiries from landlords, property owners, agents and housing providers with suitable buildings, including properties that may require some refurbishment or adaptation.

We’re back… and this time, we’re building together. 🏠💙

After taking a break from property, I’m excited to say that I’m officially stepping back into the industry, this time under Property Partners Network, alongside my other half. 🤝🏾

PPN has been quietly taking shape behind the scenes, and over the last few weeks we’ve been refining exactly what we want the business to become.

We’re building PPN around a simple idea:

Property. People. Projects.

Bringing together property solutions, property services, managed services and workforce solutions; supporting landlords, housing providers, investors, developers, businesses and organisations.

And this is only the beginning.

We’re just putting the finishing touches to our new website ready for our official launch very soon! 🚀

I’m looking forward to sharing more about what we’re building, introducing the people behind PPN and, most importantly, getting back to doing what I love, building relationships, spotting opportunities and making things happen.
