With this in mind, we offer our key holding and property support services to help eliminate these risks by providing professional, highly reliable local presence. What does this mean exactly?

Key holding (£75/month) - Secure off site storage, one monthly inspection with utility meter readings and emergency key access for authorised visitors.

Enhanced key holding (£150/month) - Includes all standard benefits as noted above, but with an increase to two monthly inspections with additional internal/external visual checks and photographic reports, along with immediate notification of any concerns.
