An interesting job completed by LPA Carpentry Ltd

Fitting 3 new timber windows in an amazing old watermill built in 1674, now converted into a house. What a property!

I teamed up with S Simpson Joinery on this one, fitting the timber windows they made.

I can honestly say nothing was level or plumb, which certainly made it a challenge! But that’s all part of the job, and I really enjoyed this one.

Another job done in a property full of character!

Really pleased with how this one has turned out! 🔨👌

Bespoke under-stairs storage, an alcove cupboard and floating shelves, all made to measure and fitted into an old cottage where nothing is square and fixing into brickwork brings its own challenges!

A great result, making the most of the space. The customer is really happy with the finished work, and it’s now ready for painting!

🔥 Bespoke Media Wall – Designed & Built from Scratch and on the FLY🔥

Another project just finished for a very happy client!

The client wanted a bespoke media unit, so we had a quick 5-minute chat about what he wanted, I made a quick sketch on a bit of paper… and then got to work! ✏️🔨

Designed and built to suit the space, using:

• High-grade MDF, ready for filling and painting
• Solid oak worktop
• Bespoke oak pelmet, made from the offcut of the worktop
• All designed, built and fitted to the client’s requirements

Sometimes the best designs start with a simple sketch and a good conversation!

A little look back at a staircase we fitted back in April.

Some nice structural carpentry and a satisfying one to see come together. 🔨

A job from back in April.

Nice bit of structural carpentry on this one, getting the new staircase fitted and everything set out ready for the next stage.

Always enjoy this type of work, especially when you can see it all coming together.
