With Kings Drive now officially all sold, it's great to see our new residents starting to move into their homes!

Meet Shanil and Minu, who recently picked up the keys to their 3-bed Hawthorn home.

Originally, they were looking at one of our semi-detached homes, but with a little help from the Cardiff Living team, they were able to review their finances and secure the detached home they had always preferred when the perfect plot became available again.
