One of my favourite parts of being a Buyer's Agent is all the interesting people I get to work with. My clients, of course, but also some brilliant local Catalan agents, like Jaume 😄

Jaume has a gift: he charms the pants off everyone he meets. Doors literally open and we get to understand the real story behind the property, the owners and the life they've loved living there. Together we make a pretty good team!

Last week he showed me round a beautiful finca for a Dutch family I'm working with. They couldn't come themselves: both parents work full time, the boys are in school and their horse sitter is injured. So I went in their place, filmed a remote viewing and sent it straight back to the Netherlands 📱
