Imagine starting your morning with a swim in your own pool, with the Costa del Sol sunrise reflecting on the water. 🌞🏊‍♀️

A private pool is a wonderful luxury, but it also needs regular care throughout the year.

💧 Depending on the size of the pool and how often it is used, cleaning is usually needed 1–3 times a week. If there are trees nearby, leaves and debris may need to be removed more often.

🧪 The water also needs regular testing. Correct chlorine and pH levels help prevent algae, bacteria and damage to the pool surfaces.

💰 You can maintain the pool yourself or hire a pool service. On the Costa del Sol, pool maintenance can cost roughly €50–€350 per month, depending on the size of the pool and the level of service.

It is also worth budgeting for electricity for the pool pump, water top-ups and occasional repairs or equipment replacement.

Knowing the real running costs helps you compare properties more clearly and make a better-informed decision.🌴
