Spirita Residence, construction update

✅ concrete structure
✅ walls and plastering
✅ underfloor heating
🔄 tiling
⏹️ kitchens, wardrobes, final finishes

The plasterers finished the walls, and the heating loops now sit under the screed on every floor. Tilers work through the apartments this month. After the finishes go on, none of that stays visible.

Handover December 2026. Come and walk the floors while the building stays open.

Two villas stand in the countryside of Germasoyia village, each on a plot of over 700 square metres, facing the dam and the valley. Four levels, five en-suite bedrooms and a maid’s room in each house.

The gym, the sauna and the massage room sit on the lower level. The pool and the roof garden belong to one family. Most villas in Limassol give you the pool, and these give you the spa as well.

Cyprus grew 3.8% in 2025 and held 3.3% in the second quarter of 2026. The euro area managed 1.0% over the same period.

Limassol drives most of that. Amdocs, Exness, Nexters and Welltech run their headquarters here and employ thousands of people. The city now counts more than 230 startups on StartupBlink and ranks first in Cyprus for startup activity.

Housing follows the companies. The property market closed 2025 at a record 6.5 billion euro. Limassol holds the highest rental yield on the island at 6% gross, with vacancy between 2 and 4%.

IMKA has built in this city since 2013. Eleven projects completed, five under construction now. The range runs from a 4.2 million euro villa in Germasoyia to apartments from 245,000 euro plus VAT.
