My post from Chippawa Park created lots of comments and calls. Let’s protect and enjoy this jewel In the heart of Welland. I will ask the City to maintain the pond for families to enjoy skating, more outdoor activity the better. If the City won’t I have a group of friends that will help, using our own equipment on a volunteer basis.
