A little August & September recap! 🏡✨

Over the last two months, I helped 2 landlords and 5 tenants! I get asked ALL the time Can you negotiate on leases?

The answer is honestly a lot more complicated than a yes or no answer. Just like the rest of real estate, one size does not fit all.

Every property, landlord, tenant, market and situation is different. There’s always more to the conversation than just the price and that’s where having someone in your corner can make a difference.

Little recap of June & July! ✨🏡

Even though I was away in Europe for 2 weeks for a wedding, I was still able to service my clients from anywhere! I bet no one could even tell I was away 😉🌎

While in Italy, I sold 2 homes and secured 4 leases! 🇮🇹🏡

Some say, “Take a break,” but when you genuinely love what you do, it never really feels like work. ❤️

I’m SO grateful for every client who trusts me with their biggest moves and especially for those who refer me to their friends and family. It truly is the highest compliment! 🥹

Some homes are worth the wait. ✨
