Quick local snapshot for anyone tracking the market 👇

Mississauga's average sale price sits around $899K right now. In Oakville, the benchmark price has eased about 3.9% year-over-year, and homes are taking an average of 38 days to sell — up from what we were seeing a couple years ago.

Translation: pricing and presentation matter more right now than they did in a hotter market. A home that's priced or positioned even slightly off tends to sit — and sitting costs sellers money.
