Such a pleasure putting this deal together with the one and only Samantha Johnson from our office! Love working with someone who knows how to get things done! Thrilled for my buyers! Perfect house for them to grow in!

There’s no greater compliment than helping a family find their home, and years later, having them call you when it’s time to sell.

Trust, loyalty, and relationships that last. This is what I love most about real estate. ❤️

There’s something about being in your 50s that feels a little like being in your 20s again. You start dreaming about the future you want, the life you want to create, and all the possibilities ahead.

And that’s pretty exciting, because at the end of the day, you’re the author of your own story. ❤️

Thank you for all the beautiful birthday wishes. I truly felt the love! ❤️

15B Rosemeade | SOLD ✨

This one was negotiated slowly and strategically, with one clear goal: securing an excellent price for my buyer on a home I knew was the right fit for them.

Being a great buyer’s agent isn’t just about finding a house. It’s about understanding your clients, recognizing value, knowing when to push, when to be patient, and negotiating with their best interests at the centre of every decision.

My buyers trusted the process, we worked as a team, and it paid off.

I’m absolutely thrilled for them as they get ready to move into their new home in just over a month.

In a market where strategy matters, having the right person in your corner matters too. That’s the job I love doing. ❤️

I received this testimonial recently, and it stopped me in my tracks.

Not because of what it says about the job I did, but because of what it says about who I was for someone during an important time in their life.

I recently gave a speech about my 20 years in real estate, and when I thought about what has really defined my career, it wasn’t the sales, the awards or the numbers.

It was this: I take care of people.

I talked about wanting to be the calmest person in the room when things feel uncertain. A strong voice of reason. Someone my clients can trust to lead them through the storm and get them safely to the other side.

Reading this testimonial made me realize — this is exactly who I want to be.

Twenty years later, that still means more to me than any sales number ever could. ❤️
