Fast enforcement is only valuable when the decision is correct and defensible.
Every citation should contain complete evidence, including the plate, vehicle description, location, date, time, violation, officer information and supporting photographs.
When required, the system should also preserve GPS data, validation history and the specific parking rule applied.
Citation-quality KPIs can include:
Percentage of citations with complete evidence
Plate-entry accuracy
Correct violation selection
Supervisor cancellation rate
Dispute reversal rate
Number of duplicate citations
Percentage of citations successfully synchronized
Average dispute-resolution time
A high dispute-reversal rate may indicate unclear signage, inconsistent officer training, incorrect system configuration or gaps in the evidence collected.
That information should be used to improve the operation—not simply defend poor outcomes.
