Not sure who broke my clients heart in the past 🤣 but I'm glad I was able to gain his trust and help him with his real estate goals!

If you know me, you know honesty and transparency is the policy not only in real estate. In my personal relationships, I'm known to be honest... a little too honest sometimes 😂😂

As for being on his side, when I take on a client, my job is to represent THEIR best interest. I am literally legally bonded to do so. Of course, I am getting paid, but I'd rather get paid for a job well done than a sh*tty job 🙂‍↔️ it really is much easier to just simply, do a good job. Plus I'm here to build a business, not just make a sale.

Also, in case you didn't know already, a Realtor's service is FREE as a buyer (sellers agent pays the buyers agent). So it's not like you have to pay a premium for my service 😜 You wouldn't show in showing up to court representing yourself, so why would you represent yourself in a real estate transaction?

✨Thank you to my first time home buyer client for this amazing testimonial! They had called me about one of my listings, which didn't end up working out for them, but they immediately knew they wanted to work with me, I am so grateful.✨

Got some new shots 📸 in so get ready to have your feed flooded with my testimonial graphics 😆

Almost forgot to post this... but here is your good old boring sold realtor post! Congrats to my buyer on their beautiful detached home in Hawkwood!

I will never choose a brand new zero lot slop over a home with a nice yard in a settled in community. They got good bones 🦴

(I'm not hating on ALL new builds, but a lot... I said what I said)
