When adventure is your vacation style ~ Grand Caribe Belize!

A daytrip to our sister island, Caye Caulker, is a must when staying on Ambergris Caye, and no visit to Caulker would be complete without hand-feeding the giant Tarpon!

How amazing to capture this tiny Hummingbird as he flitted about the landscape in front of our porch, where they often join us as we soak in the salty air!

Lots of things to see in the shallow waters around our dock at Grand Caribe Belize, like this Juvenile Spotted Eagle Ray who glided by for a visit just a couple weeks ago.

It’s not at all unusual to see dolphins from the beach on Ambergris Caye. We discovered this pod frolicking in the shallow waters close to our dock at Grand Caribe.

Manatees can often be found feasting on the seagrass beds surrounding Ambergris Caye! We discovered this pair just last week.
