Our residents’ club teams have been getting into the Halloween spirit, transforming their territories into spooky spaces ready for a frightfully fun Saturday this weekend!

From eerie entrances to spine-tingling decorations, there’s been plenty of creativity happening behind the scenes. And judging by these photos, we think they’re having a little too much fun with it!

A big shout-out to everyone for their fang-tastic flair and fearsome commitment to bringing a little Halloween goosebumps to their communities. It’s the effort, imagination, and care you put into these moments that make our clubs such special places to be.

What a moment for the Redstone community! After months of preparation, it’s wonderful to see residents stepping through the doors and discovering their new club.

Our team at QCMS has been busy getting everything ready behind the scenes, from setting up operational systems and preparing the club, to welcoming residents through information sessions and walkthroughs.

Working alongside our colleagues at Quantum United Management and Q-Tech has made this a real team effort, and we’re proud to be part of the journey.

Congratulations to Villawood Properties on this fantastic milestone, and to everyone involved in bringing Club Redstone to life.

Now it’s time to fill this amazing space with activity, friendships, and the everyday moments that make a community feel like home.

20 years is something worth celebrating!

As part of the wider Quantum family, we’re incredibly proud to share in this milestone and of the people, partnerships and communities that have shaped the journey along the way.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙭𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙩𝙝 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙨𝙚𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙜𝙤𝙖𝙡𝙨.
Strategy is naturally forward-looking. But some of the most useful conversations about what comes next start by looking at what got us here.

Before setting the direction for another year, there’s value in understanding the growth, decisions and lessons that shaped the one just gone.

Recently, the senior leadership team from Quantum CM Solutions headed to Torquay for our annual planning retreat and there was plenty to reflect on.

The growth of QCMS over the past 12 months has been significant. More communities. More responsibility. A growing team. And with it, an operation that continues to mature, evolve and find better ways to live up to our vision of creating vibrant, connected communities.

And amid the planning sessions, conversations and thinking about what comes next, there was also time to reconnect as a team.

There were beach walks, yoga, a Japanese BBQ dinner and some well-earned time at the bathhouse and, for the brave among us, ice baths included... because nothing sharpens strategic thinking quite like different temperatures!

But perhaps the most valuable part of a retreat like this is simply creating the space to stop and notice our progress.

Growth can be easy to miss when we're busy living through it.

QCMS today looks very different from the business it was even a year ago and that hasn't happened by chance. It comes from a team willing to put in the work, stay focused on the communities we serve, learn along the way and keep raising the bar.

A little time away to reflect. A lot of work on what comes next. And perhaps a few slightly more relaxed shoulders heading home.

Onwards and upwards, QCMS!

Like every flower we painted, every residential club grows a little differently.

At our recent QCMS team-building session, we all started with the same canvas, the same paints, and the same instructions.

Yet somehow, no two flowers looked alike.

Some were bold. Some were delicate. Some...let's just say they had a personality all of their own!

It was a fun reminder that the same applies to the residential clubs we support every day. Every community has its own character, their respective boards and committees have their own way of working, and every resident helps shape the bigger picture.

Our role isn't to make every facility look and operate exactly the same, it's to help each one flourish in its own way.

We spend our days caring for clubhouses, gyms, pools, and shared spaces that bring neighbours together. So perhaps it's no surprise we chose to paint flowers. Beautiful spaces don't simply happen - they flourish through care, collaboration and a little activation creativity.

A few hours, a lot of laughs, and just enough paint in places it probably shouldn't have been. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon!

And we're still debating whose flowers deserves pride of place in the office.

𝘽𝙚𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬𝙨 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙩𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧...

Recently, the QCMS club teams came together for a team bonding night filled with bowling, plenty of laughs, a little healthy competition, and valuable time to connect outside their day-to-day.

With resident clubs spread right across Victoria, our communities may be geographically separate, but our teams are never isolated. Through our Working Groups, team members from different clubs regularly collaborate, share ideas, solve challenges together, and support one another across communities.

Bringing our teams together in person just helps strengthen those connections even further, allowing knowledge, experience, and learnings from one community to benefit many others.

At QCMS, we believe strong communication, connection, and continuous learning don’t just happen in meetings or training sessions. Sometimes they happen over pizza, team conversations, and the occasional unexpected strike down the bowling lane.

Because when teams share ideas, experiences, and support, our communities benefit too.

𝙊𝙣𝙚 𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣. 𝙏𝙬𝙤 𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨. 𝙎𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙖 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚.

Our club team at Club Alamanda recently hosted a fully booked 2-hour Child Water Safety Program, in partnership with Life Saving Victoria, bringing our young residents together for practical, life-saving education during the busy summer season.

Across the session, children learned how to identify common water hazards, interpret key pool and beach safety signage, correctly use life jackets, practise safe rescue techniques using 𝘛𝘢𝘭𝘬, 𝘙𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩, 𝘛𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘸, apply simple survival positions, and build emergency response awareness, including CPR fundamentals and AED use.

Programs like this go beyond technique. They build confidence. They encourage calm thinking in uncertain moments. And they equip our young members with skills that support not only their own safety, but the safety of those around them.

We’re proud to create space for initiatives like this that bring families together, strengthen awareness, and contribute to a culture of education and connection within the community.

A fantastic turnout, engaged young participants, and practical skills that truly matter - now that’s community activation with real impact.

𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙜𝙚!

Our incredible QCMS Club Teams came together at Club Rathdowne this week for our monthly "Same Page" catch-up where we connect, collaborate, and keep our management framework front and centre across every club.

The day covered plenty of ground from Risk Assessment training and group activities to a short but mighty Leadership, Management and Accountability segment, all reinforcing the strong foundations that keep our clubs running smoothly.

We also celebrated a few well-deserved wins with our Quarterly Team Awards and vouchers, recognising those who continually go above and beyond.

And to top it off, we got to tour two other clubs (and put our team-bonding patience to the test on a long bus ride through Melbourne’s scenic traffic!).

Traffic aside — great teamwork, great energy, and another reminder that strong leadership and staying aligned is what make every experience at our clubs exceptional.
